Monumental building built throughout the 1850s in neoclassical style. The purpose of this building was none other than to hold the famous bullfights. At times of the year when there are no bullfighting fairs, it is given another use for concerts, medieval fairs, markets or even festivals such as the beer festival.
Valencia&Go shows its absolute rejection of bullfighting for its extreme cruelty, we are defenders of responsible tourism and we trust that a better world exists without having the need to do this type of public torture of animals (specifically bulls and horses). Little by little, Spanish society is admitting the cruelty of these festivities, so much so that in several autonomous communities they are totally prohibited. We hope that it will soon happen in our beloved Valencia and it will be a place where only cultural events can be held.
