Excursion to cheese factory with tasting + winery

The province of Utiel-Requena is a protected designation of origin area for its wines, and the Bobal variety stands out. Unique in the world and one of the oldest in history.

In the charming little town of los Pedrones, we find a most authentic cheese factory. Managed by three brothers with the same passion: creating the best cheese in the world.
Their goat cheeses are made with a lot of dedication: they went to the north of Spain to learn everything about it and now they keep them in peculiar caves that give them the perfect temperature, as well as other natural benefits.

They make a difference because of their flavor: these cheeses are made by hand with top quality goat’s milk, they come directly from their goats, which are found in a peaceful natural environment and from which a very fresh milk is formed.

What will you do?

• Workshop ‘Create your own cheese’
• Visit the caves and explanation of the cheeses and their manufacturing process
• Guided tasting with 8 different cheeses and unlimited drinks

At the end of the experience in the cheese factory, we will go to the Vera de Estenas Winery. A very familiar winery managed by Edu, located in a dream environment with a picturesque farmhouse that is located on top of a hill and surrounded by beautiful vineyards.

Edu will show us his vineyards and tell us how they make their wine, ending with a tasting.

• Guided tasting of 3 wines with an appetizer of local sausages

According to the dropdown, any day, pick up at 08:30 a.m. The schedule can be modified by Valencia & Go, adjusting it according to the number of pick-ups. Customers will be notified of the exact time after receiving the reservation.
