    The payment process is carried out through the REDSYS platform. Valencia&Go<\/strong> does not store any bank details during the purchase process.<\/p>

    The payment process has the highest security measures and works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The secure server establishes a connection so that the information is transmitted encrypted using 128-bit algorithms, which ensure that it is only intelligible to the Customer's computer and that of the payment Website. In this way, by using the SSL protocol, it is guaranteed that the data is transmitted encrypted, preventing it from being read or manipulated by third parties.<\/p>

    The Customer undertakes to pay at the time of booking and confirms the reservation.<\/p>

    The receipt or proof of purchase corresponding to the booking order will be sent immediately after confirmation of the order.<\/p>

    The Client must notify Valencia&Go<\/strong> of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or telephone, as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate steps.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Formalisation and cancellation of purchases<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    Once the order has been formalised, i.e. with the acceptance of the General Conditions of Purchase<\/strong> and the confirmation of the purchase process, we will always send an email to the customer confirming the details of the purchase made.<\/p>\n

    Valencia&Go<\/strong> will accept order cancellations under the conditions indicated below. To make the cancellation<\/strong> you must request it by sending an e-mail to reservas@valenciaandgo.com<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tBookings for walking tours, excursions and experiences can be cancelled or modified up to 24 hours in advance.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • With less than 24 hours\u2019 notice, we do not accept changes or cancellations (except in cases of force majeure such as cruises unable to dock, canceled flights, or incapacitating illness with a medical certificate issued on the same day as the excursion).<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

For the excursion to Tabarca Island, the minimum number of participants is 8. In the bike tour the minimum is 5 people.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/path><\/svg>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tAll products booked and paid for may be subject to change due to force majeure (bad weather, overbooking...), provided that the cancellation is produced by Valencia&Go, the client will receive the full amount.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/ul>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

      Valencia&Go<\/strong> shall not be liable for any errors caused in the collection of the customer when the email address, telephone number or collection address entered by the customer in the booking form does not correspond to reality or has been omitted.<\/p>\n

      The Customer must check that all the purchase details are correct, once the purchase has been confirmed. If you find any errors, you must notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Valencia&Go<\/strong> shall not be liable for any errors made by the customer when selecting the product and the desired date.<\/p>\n

      Consequently, the customer shall only be entitled to claim for imperfections when he has fulfilled his obligations of examination and complaint of errors, provided that he exercises his action within 24 hours after the confirmation of the purchase, and always at least 24 hours before the date confirmed on the faulty product. Once this period has elapsed, the customer shall lose any right to claim and the product shall be deemed to have been received in full conformity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
