The Cabecera Park is considered the second lung of Valencia, at the end of which the river Turia recovers its natural course. It is ideal for calm walks and to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of the city. It is also the only place in Valencia where you can rent a boat and sail on the lake. A magical plan for the whole family or for a romantic date.

Parque de Cabecera: the great unknown
where to get lost in the green
Little known to visitors Valencia Headwaters Park, is located at the end of the Turia Garden, right next to the Bioparc. It has more than 330,000 square metres, and is the ideal place to spend a day in the open air, have a picnic, go for a walk or even hire one of its peculiar boats to sail on the lake. It has trails for walking, cycling and a multitude of themed play areas for the little ones.
An oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the city.
Curiosity: It is so called because it is located at the beginning of the old Turia riverbed as it reaches Valencia, and is designed to evoke the natural landscape of the river, with water as the central element.
