Inaugurated in 1859, the Valencia Bullring is an imposing neoclassical building inspired by the Roman Colosseum. With a capacity for more than 12,000 spectators, it has been the epicentre of Valencian bullfighting tradition for more than a century. However, this space is not only limited to bullfights: it also hosts music shows, cultural events and fairs. The bullring is strategically located next to the Estación del Norte and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento, which makes it a historical and architectural landmark in the heart of Valencia. Whether for its architecture or for the events it hosts, the Plaza de Toros is a must on any visit to the city.
Our Values: We do not participate in or promote bullfighting-related activities on our tours and services, as we do not share these values. We believe that keeping animals in captivity, regardless of their size, and performing shows with them is not appropriate. Our position is that these practices are not responsible and do not reflect a respectful attitude towards animals. We love our land and that is why we want to care for it and respect it at all times, showing it in its greatest essence.
