City of Arts and Sciences

The iconic City of Arts and Sciences is one of the most incredible places in Europe where you can enjoy science, art, concerts, opera and endless cultural activities.

The Futuristic City That Wonders the World

The iconic City of Arts and Sciences has been the symbol of Valencia since the early 2000s, and one of the most spectacular places in Europe. It was designed by the well-known Spanish architect Santiago Calatrava and has different buildings in which each one can have an unparalleled experience, among which the following stand out: the Hemisfèric, an IMAX cinema and planetarium; the Príncipe Felipe Museum of Sciences, a super entertaining, interactive and educational museum; the Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía, dedicated to the performing arts and where you can enjoy the Opera; and the Oceanogràfic, the largest aquarium in Europe.

It is a must if you come to visit Valencia and one of the most recognized places of interest worldwide.

Schedule:

Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 19:00

About the Oceanogràfic: We believe that keeping animals in captivity, regardless of their size, and performing shows with them is not appropriate. Our position is that these practices are not responsible and do not reflect a respectful attitude towards animals. We love our land and that is why we want to take care of it and respect it.
