The North Station is a jewel of the
valencian modernism

The North Station, located next to the Plaza de Toros, it is a masterpiece of modernism which opened in 1917. Designed by Demetrio Ribes, its façade surprises with an explosion of colour, where traditional motifs such as the orange and the Valencian orchard adorn the ceramics that cover the building. Its interior is no less spectacular: mosaics, stained glass and woodwork create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a real tribute to Valencian identity. Despite being a fully operational railway station, it is also an architectural landmark that reflects the character of the city. The Estación del Norte is much more than just a place to pass through; it is a welcome to Valencia that captivates with its beauty and history.
