📝 Booking and Cancellation Conditions

At Valencia&Go, we want your experience to be simple from the very beginning. That’s why you can choose the day and time that work best for you for each activity in your pack. You set the pace!

💸 Automatic discounts depending on the pack you choose:

• 1-Day Pack: 20%

• 2-Day Pack: 25%

• 3-Day Pack: 30%

• Family Pack: 20% off for adults + 2 kids free!

The discount will automatically apply in your shopping cart.

Once you complete your purchase and accept our general conditions, you’ll receive confirmation emails (you’ll get one per activity booked, with all the details).

🔁 Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

We understand plans can change — and we’re here to help!
Here are our change and cancellation terms:

✅ You can change or cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the activity with no problem.
❌ With less than 24 hours’ notice, we can’t accept changes or refunds, except in cases of force majeure (e.g., flight cancellations, medical emergencies with proof, etc.).

ℹ️ Other Important Information

• Please make sure to arrive on time at the meeting point. If you don’t show up, we cannot offer refunds.

• Our tours and excursions require a minimum of 4 participants. If the minimum isn’t met, we’ll offer you an alternative date or a full refund.

• If, for reasons beyond our control (bad weather, logistics issues, etc.), we need to cancel an activity, we’ll issue a 100% refund.

• Make sure your contact details are correct (email, phone number, pick-up address if applicable). We are not responsible for missed pick-ups due to incorrect information.
