📝Booking and Cancellation Conditions
At Valencia&Go we want your experience to be easy from the very first moment. That’s why you can choose the day and time that suits you best for each activity in your pack. You set the pace!

The discount will appear automatically in your shopping cart.
Once you complete your purchase and accept our general conditions, you’ll receive confirmation emails (one per activity booked, with all the details).
🔁 Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds
We know plans can change, and we’re here to help!
These are our modification and cancellation conditions:
✅ You can cancel your booking without any problem up to 48 hours before the activity.
After that, only date changes are allowed (up to 24 hours before the activity).
❌ With less than 24 hours’ notice, we cannot accept cancellations or refunds, except in cases of force majeure (such as flight cancellations, medical issues with valid documentation, etc.).
📌 Please note that this is an indivisible pack, meaning it is not possible to cancel or modify only one of the included activities without a justified reason. Partial changes or cancellations will only be accepted for duly justified force majeure situations, as mentioned above.

ℹ️ Other Important Information
- Please make sure you arrive on time at the meeting point. If you don’t show up, we won’t be able to issue any refunds.
- Our tours and excursions require a minimum of 4 participants. If this number isn’t reached, we will offer you an alternative date or a full refund.
- If, for any reason beyond our control (bad weather, logistical changes, etc.), we have to cancel an activity, we will refund you 100%.
- Make sure your contact information (email, phone number, pickup address if applicable) is entered correctly. We are not responsible for errors in pickup due to incorrect information.
