Although Valencia&Go provides information on travel experiences offered by third-party providers and facilitates reservations for them, these options do not imply, suggest or constitute in any way the sponsorship or approval by Valencia&Go of such third-party providers or that there is any type of affiliation.
You agree that Valencia&Go is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of the information you obtain from third-party suppliers and that it displays on your Website.
All prices of the products indicated through the website include VAT and other taxes that may correspond.
The means of payment accepted are: bank card.
The payment process is done through the REDSYS platform. Valencia&Go does not store any banking data in the process of making the purchase.
The payment process has the highest security measures and works on a secure server using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. The Client commits to pay at the moment he makes and confirms the reservation.
The ticket or proof of purchase that corresponds to the reservation request will be sent immediately after confirming the order.
The Customer must notify Valencia&Go of any undue or fraudulent charge on the card used for purchases, by email or by telephone, in the shortest possible time so that we can perform the opportune managements.
Formalization, cancellation of purchases and responsibilities
Once the order has been formalized, that is, with the acceptance of the General Purchase Conditions and confirmation of the purchase process, we will always send an email to the Customer confirming the details of the purchase made.
Valencia&Go will accept cancellations of orders under the conditions indicated to continuation. To make the cancellation you must request it by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You must bear in mind that:
– The reservations of the tours on foot can be modified or canceled up to 2 days before.
– Excursions to the valencia surroundings reservations can be modified but not canceled up to 3 days before.
– We will not be held responsible if the clients don’t arrive to the meeting point in reached in time, and we will not reimburse the amounts paid. Even when the direction provideer by the client is not correct.
– All reserved and paid products may suffer changes due to force majeure (bad weather, overbooking …), provided that the cancellation is produced by Valencia&Go, the customer will receive the full amount.
Valencia&Go will not be responsible for the errors caused in the delivery when the email address entered by the Customer in the order form does not conform to the reality or has been omitted.
The Customer must check that all the purchase data are correct, a once the purchase has been confirmed. If you find an error, you must notify us immediately so that we can make the necessary corrections. Valencia&Go will not be responsible for the errors committed by the client when selecting the product and the desired date.
Consequently, the client will only have the right to complain about imperfections when he has fulfilled his obligations of examination and claim of errors, whenever he exercises his action within 24 hours after the confirmation of the purchase, and always, at least 24 hours before the date confirmed in the wrong product.
