A paradise for wine lovers where you can enjoy the diversity of flavours offered by the Denomination of Origin Utiel-Requena.
On our excursion to the wineries of Utiel and Requena we will take you to explore the villages where this exceptional Valencian wine is produced. We will visit the vineyard fields and you will discover the winemaking process, being able to taste the grapes from the vines in August and September, and participate in the crushing of the grapes in October.
The vineyards of Utiel-Requena is a gift for the senses, a visual symphony of natural beauty and serenity. A vast landscape of green and golden hues that change with the seasons, from lush spring to the golden autumn of the grape harvest. Rolling hills and mountains embrace the vineyards, offering majestic panoramas with picturesque villages scattered throughout. A place to unwind and immerse yourself in the harmony of land and wine.
Our first stop will be at the emblematic Historic Winery Murviedro, located in the heart of the picturesque old town of Requena. Here, we will discover its enigmatic underground caves, a legacy from the 12th century originally used to store wine and foodstuffs in optimal conditions thanks to their constant temperature. In this fascinating setting, you will enjoy a guided tour that includes a tasting of an exquisite wine inside the caves.
In addition, the experience continues in the main tasting room, where you can taste another two wines accompanied by a delicious aperitif..

This Modernist winery dating back to 1876 has been passed down from generation to generation, preserving the tradition, know-how and love of wine to produce the best wines in the area.
