In this experience, designed for true cheese and wine lovers, you will get to know an authentic cheese factory where you will you will make your own cheese and explore a typical country winery in a dreamlike natural setting.

First Stop: The Artisan Cheese Factory in Los Pedrones
In the picturesque village of Los Pedrones, you will visit an authentic family cheese factory run by three brothers who are passionate about making the best cheeses in the world. Their secret lies in their artisan care: goat cheeses made with fresh milk from their own goats, raised in a natural environment. The maturing process takes place in special caves that provide the ideal conditions to create an unmistakable flavour.
